In June 2011, the Government submitted to the Assembly of the Republic (AR) the “Anti-Corruption Legislative Package (PLAC)” for analysis and approval. As actions preceding the implementation of the package, the Government agreed with the Programmatic Support Partners (PAPs) to carry out a series of preparatory activities in 2012, aiming at the effective implementation of the PLAC from 2013 onwards.
