Since 2006, the Government has been presenting, through the Ministry of Public Service (MFP), an annual report on the disciplinary situation of State employees and agents (these reports are produced by the MFP, which compiles the data sent by the various institutions and bodies public). However, the shared information is not comprehensive, especially with regard to combating corruption in the civil service and the procedural processing subsequent to the application of disciplinary measures, when cases deserve legal – criminal treatment.
