The Government of the Republic of Mozambique and the Administrative Court do not publish information on public and private partnerships, as required by the Law on Public-Private Partnerships.
Article 20 of Law No. 15/2011, of 10 August (the PPP Law), establishes that the Government must, in the preparation of the Medium-Term Fiscal Scenario and in each annual proposal of the State Budget: “inscribe the allocated amount. to guarantee their participation in the investments of Public-Private Partnership ventures in which the direct intervention of the State proves to be essential, relevant or strategically convenient.”
