"The Civil Servant must know the legal and regulatory provisions on impediments, incompatibilities and prohibitions, and any other special regime that may apply to them, and ensure that they comply with the necessary actions to determine whether or not they are covered by the prohibitions established therein" , article 18 of law 16/2012, of 14 August.
