The World Bank decided that the scope of the final assessment of the “Southern Africa Regional Gas Project between the Republic of Mozambique and the Republic of South Africa” (Sasol Pande Temane) should not be regional nor include South Africa. refusal to ask and discuss big questions, the World Bank seeks to turn an economic failure into a marginal economic success.
