The speech given by the President of the Republic, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, at the ceremony of his investiture as the highest magistrate of the Nation, meets many expectations of Mozambicans. It is, in essence, a discourse that has the merit of having managed to identify and express the real aspirations of the majority of Mozambicans.
