By Order issued on February 8, 2015, the current mayor of the Municipality of Matola City ordered the partial demolition of the existing buildings in plot I – 5, Parcela 728/C (Foral Process no. 15.693), in the area known as CMC . The construction of the buildings in question was authorized by the previous mayor of the municipality, Arão Nhancale, according to an order dated 22 July 2011, transcribed by the Municipality of Territorial Planning and Urbanization, in favor of the company Screen Sprint Industria Gráfica e Serviços, Limitada.
