The Minister of State Administration and Public Service, Carmelita Namashulua, urged civil servants to fight corruption in the public sector, during the opening ceremony of the Coordinating Council of the ministry she runs, on September 30, 2015, in Praia Bilene, asserting that for this purpose it was necessary to reinforce the measures for an efficient management of public resources. It should be noted that the fight against corruption involves the elaboration and implementation of concrete and effective measures. However, the speech given by the Minister does not refer to the existence of such measures at the level of the public sector.
