In a Note published on April 5, 2016,1 the CIP raised serious concerns regarding funds defrauded by the Mozambican Embassy in Russia for 10 years. The emphasis of this Note was on the failure of the Administrative Court and the General Inspectorate of Finance to better oversee this embassy (and others). In this second Note, the CIP presents further grounds for emphasizing the lack of supervision by MINEC of the Embassy in Russia, ending with recommendations to avoid a repeat embezzlement of state funds.
