It has been observed at the level of the Assembly of the Republic (AR) that all proposals presented by the opposition benches for the creation of parliamentary inquiry commissions (CPIs) have been submitted to a vote and, consequently, are recurrently rejected by the majority bench, prevailing the dictatorship of the vote that ends up making minority control over the majority unfeasible.
This situation is quite sensitive, if we take into account that many issues of public interest end up not being clarified, leaving areas of twilight.
