The implementation of the 2015 State Budget (OE 2015), published on the DNO1 website, raises serious questions regarding its successful completion. This Note is intended to explore these issues and propose recommendations to avoid a repetition of failures during the implementation of the 2016 State Budget, which CIP will be reviewing on a quarterly basis. This Note is analyzed in the Budget Execution Report (REO) January-December 2015 , analysis to be published in four (4) editions/parts: Part I – Macroeconomic Analysis; Part II – Sectoral Analysis; Part III – Financing; Part IV – Challenges for Executing the 2016 State Budget.
