The Government released, through MINEDH, on February 23, 2016, the conclusions of an inquiry that it carried out on the mass failures registered in the 12th and 10th grade exams, version 2015. For the poor results (75% and 80% of failures, respectively ) The Government blames the students (for weak interest in studies, poor attendance and difficulties in Mathematics, History and Chemistry), blames the teachers (for poor qualification, poor commitment, poor attendance, low motivation, bribes and non-compliance with the curriculum), blames the guardians (for poor monitoring of their students), blames the administrative authorities (for weaknesses in the control and supervision of the pedagogical process) and blames the education system (for lack of equipment in laboratories and libraries, for the high number of students per class and the high number of subjects in the 10th grade).
