The BICA initiative contributed to dialogue and created incentives for the Government, the Private Sector and Civil Society to engage in the promotion of ethics and integrity in business as a means of fighting corruption. In concrete terms, BICA contributed to the consolidation of the National Group for the Promotion of Businesses with Integrity (GRUPNI), as a technical arm of the NAG (National Advisory Group, in the English acronym, which means National Advisory Group). GRUPNI chose as the first focus of its interventions the analysis of Local Content (Local Content) of the ENI project in the Hydrocarbons Sector.
