The State Budget Execution Report for January – June 2016 (REO II 2016), published on the DNO website, once again reveals the Government's willingness to not present the financial transactions carried out by it in a transparent manner. This raises serious questions of great concern regarding the trust that should be placed in the Government. The lack of transparency becomes crucial to the Government's strategy to control the illiquidity crisis in the economy and stop the hidden debt disaster. The CIP in this Note would like to emphasize once again that the fact that the Government concealed the EMATUM, Pro-Indicus and MAM debts (the only ones known so far) was sufficient reason for the suspension of an important part of the financial support to the Budget by part of the partners – support without which the Government no longer has enough oxygen to generate its fiscal policies.
