Before the approval of the laws that make up the so-called “Anti-Corruption Legislative Package – PLAC” was completed, the case was recently judged and culminated in the conviction of Jeremias Tchamo, former senior staff member of the Mozambique Airlines (LAM) and who benefited from the suspension of the execution of the respective penalty, provided for in the law, highlights weaknesses in the anti-corruption legislation that requires a new reform as a matter of urgency.
