Carlos Mesquita, Minister of Transport and Communications in the current Government led by President Filipe Nyusi, is involved in a case of conflict of interest, which has already been proven by decision of the Central Public Ethics Commission (CCEP), regarding his signature as a servant of two agreements with Cornelder Moçambique and Cornelder Quelimane, companies at the time managed by his late brother.
