The Public Expenditure Tracking (RDP)1 in the Health Sector, whose work is embodied in this report, is based on the premise of the existence of a commitment by the Government and its funding partners to, more than increase budget allocations in the sector, to maintain a discipline of budget programming and execution, respecting the objectives established in budget plans and allocations approved by the Assembly of the Republic.
