The publication of the 2016 State General Account (CGE) on the DNO portal allowed CIP to compare the CGE information with the 2016 Budget Execution Report (REO). As in previous years, the budget figures for the CGE differ from those for the REO. It is natural that there are some divergences in the documents, since the CGE presents a more consolidated analysis of public accounts. However, sometimes the differences are quite significant, which prevents the production of analyzes with the necessary quality and fidelity on public accounts.
