In a statement, the Attorney General's Office (PGR) states that “the Public Prosecutor's Office submitted to the Administrative Court, on January 26, a complaint with a view to the financial accountability of public managers and companies participated by the State, intervening in the celebration and in the management of contracts for financing, supply and provision of services”. However, the PGR does not mention the governors who authorized the transactions, much less mentions the criminal liability of those involved, in the case of the hidden debt valued at 1.8 million euros contracted between 2013 and 2014, a task that is within its purview.
