The Attorney General's Office (PGR) in the city of Maputo (Mozambique) informed that it is taking steps in order to determine the type of liability that can be attributed, following the landslide of solid waste in the Hulene's trash (19.02), on the outskirts of the Mozambican capital, which resulted in at least 15 deaths and five wounded.
