On November 8, 2017, the Commercial Investment Bank (BCI), through its Institutional Clients Office, sent a letter to the Ministry of Health (MISAU), with reference 113/BCI/DNI/2017, stating that the term of Bank Guarantee presented by the company Unistar Medical, Limited, with the number CE2017.11.03.2485.DOP, issued on November 3, 2017, in the amount of 61,360,338.72 Mt (sixty-one million, three hundred and two cents ) had not been issued by this banking institution.
