Privinvest initiated arbitration proceedings in Switzerland against the Mozambican State and the companies ProIndicus, EMATUM and Mozambique Assets Management (all 100% owned by the State). In the case of the lawsuit against MAM, to which the CIP had access, Privinvest claims a loss quantified at 200 million dollars, referring to the breach of the contract signed with MAM for the supply of naval equipment.
