Maria Rosel Salomão, sister of the senior member of the Frelimo party, Tomás Salomão, is exercising functions in two public bodies in a situation of clear violation of the rules relating to conflict of interest, provided for in the Law on Public Probity (LPP). It is that, in addition to being a public manager as  member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), cumulatively, performs various functions of director/head at the Hospital Central de Maputo (HCM).
