Finance Minister Adriano Maleiane is one of three Mozambican hidden debt co-conspirators identified in the US Department of Justice indictment. On the final day of Jean Boustani's Brooklyn trial, prosecutor Hiral Mehta introduced the names of Maleiane, Isaltina Lucas and Armando Ndambi Guebuza as co-conspirators in the case.
