In the case of the Water and Sanitation sector, the Água para Vida Program may lead to the fulfillment of the PQG goals, however there is no detailed information about its execution in the OE.
In turn, in the area of Health, there was a slight increase in the allocation of resources in the order of 0.7% in 2019, but almost none in real terms, taking into account that the inflation rate was 2,78%, so it is because of the withdrawal of support from the State Budget at the beginning of the implementation of the PQG (2016) that the goals defined for the past five years will hardly be achieved.
