The Budget Monitoring Forum (FMO), a group of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) interested in monitoring and influencing national public finances, intends to implement at national level the set of advocacy and monitoring activities of the State Budget that it has already been carrying out at Maputo level.
FMO Mais – Raising the value of money at the service of the citizen – Monitoring of Public Finance Management is funded by the European Union, under the Support Program for Non State Actors in Mozambique – Participation for Inclusive Growth [Support Program for Non-State Actors in Mozambique (PAANE) II, and involves five organizations, the N'weti– Communication for Health, the Public Integrity Center (CIP), the Civil Society Learning and Training Center (CESC), the Rural Environment Observatory (OMR) and Mozambican Debt Group (GMD).
