As established in subparagraph a) of paragraph 2 of article 229 of the Constitution of the Republic of Mozambique, the Administrative Court (TA) published the report and opinion on the General State Account (RPCGE) for the year 2018.
This document produced by the TA is intended to confirm that, in the preparation of the General State Account (CGE) for 2018, the principles of clarity, accuracy, simplicity, financial regularity, legality, economy, efficiency and effectiveness in obtaining and applying were observed. public resources made available to State bodies and institutions and generally accepted accounting principles and rules.
In order to make the document accessible, the Public Integerity Center (CIP) presents, in a simplified way, the main conclusions of the TA on chapter 5 of the RPCGE which deals with the Extractive Industry and a simplified analysis of them.
