In view of the end of the period of validity of the state of emergency due to the imposition of a constitutional order, there is a need to take care of the next phase regarding the limitation of individual rights, freedoms and guarantees. In this sense, here is a brief analysis of the phase that will necessarily follow, in order to avoid possible violations of the current legal framework.
