The member of the Board of Directors (CA) of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), who exercises the functions of vice-chairman on the body, does not meet the ethical-deontological and probity conditions necessary to be manager of pensions for Mozambican workers given that you use the position you occupy/exercise with a view to obtaining personal benefits.
This finding, which is all too evident, arises from the fact that Adelino Magomanhane Buque, taking advantage of the fact that he was exercising the aforementioned functions in the INSS, asked the institution in question for a benefit for a family member, specifically his wife.
