The agent of the National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) involved in the sexual assault of a minor under 13 is detained, along with his two partners. Meanwhile, the CIP learned that a Public Prosecutor and SERNIC's Director of Human Resources in an identified province are trying to manipulate the process for the release of the detained defendants.
A forensic examination carried out on the victim on 15 September confirms that the minor was a victim of rape, which nullifies the narrative being presented to the press that the minor was only sexually abused but not raped.
The CIP demands the accountability of those involved in the violation of the minor and recommends that the Public Prosecutor's Office investigate the conduct of the prosecutor and the aforementioned director of human resources at SERNIC, who are trying to manipulate the process, thus constituting an obstacle to the clarification of this disgusting crime.
