The Public Integrity Center releases, for public knowledge, important documents relating to the hidden debt processes, which run their proceedings in the Superior Court of Justice of England (THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, COMMERCIAL COURT). One case pits the Mozambican State (plaintiff) against 12 defendants (see below) and the second is a complaint by Banco Russo VTB against the Mozambican State and MAM.
