Prison guards force female inmates out of jail to prostitute themselves. For each prisoner delivered to a client, they receive cash payments ranging from around 3 to 30 thousand meticais. Clients are generally well-positioned people in society who seek pleasure in women they believe they have not had sex for a long time. Prisoners used in the prostitution network receive privileged treatment in jail. Those who refuse to join the network are victimized and in the end most end up giving in. The CIP investigated the scandal that has been going on for years and tells how it all happens. The report includes videos and images of inmates and prison guards caught in a scene of sexual exploitation.
