The Deputy General Commander of Police, José Weng San, committed illegalities by allowing a vehicle of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM) to transport an employee of his, who died at his residence last week, to the deceased's birthplace, in Chimoio, capital of the central province of Manica (see Jornal o “Country” of 20 October 2015 – page 8).
