The Guide that is presented intends to inform Mozambican society about the changes that are intended to be introduced in the framework – anti-corruption law in Mozambique, with the approval of the Proposal for the Protection of Victims, Whistleblowers, Witnesses and Other Procedural Subjects by the Mozambican Government. Specifically, this guide is a simple contribution so that society knows its centrality and fundamental importance in denouncing and participating in the various procedural stages leading to the discovery of the material truth in cases of corruption, and the protection that the law reserves to all who give their contribution to achieving that goal. It is also a way of involving all segments of society in the process leading to the debate and approval of this important legal instrument by the Assembly of the Republic.
