A group of Mozambican civil society organizations sees the decision of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) not to pursue criminal sanctions against the Credit Suisse bank for its role in the unconstitutional and illegal debt of US $ 2, 3 billion from Mozambique as further evidence that the international community does not hold its own banks responsible for this debt.
