The Public Ministry (MP), based on the revelations that are emerging from the trial of Jean Boustani in the United States of America (USA), is facing the matter to start a new criminal process related to the contracting of illegal debts. Boustani's trial is revealing more involved, including legal persons. With regard to legal persons, the involvement of the Frelimo party stands out. The Center for Public Integrity (CIP), which is following the trial of Boustani, brought evidence showing that the Frelimo party received part of the bribes, which is referred to in an article published by this organization . However, individuals, such as the current administrator of the Bank of Mozambique, Silvina Abreu and members of the Sidat family, among others who are being implicated, have also been cited in the US trial, as having performed relevant acts in the contracting of the hidden debts.
