The protection of personal data in Mozambique, specifically, with regard to the inexistence of an administrative entity dedicated to this purpose and of a specific law, raises several problems, especially when practical issues related to it arise. At this time when the country is being devastated by the Covid – 19 pandemic, several questions emerge about this matter, which should deserve due attention for the future, without neglecting some cases that are already happening.
