This report aims to show the panorama observed in 2018 in matters relating to transparency, integrity and control of corruption in Mozambique. From the outset, it should be noted that it is not exhaustive, mainly due to the difficulties that were observed regarding the deficient sharing of official information by the judiciary entities, especially by the Central Office for Combating Corruption (GCCC) , which has been recurrent. However, through the information that it was possible to access, it should be noted that the control of corruption has not been achieving satisfactory results. In other words, in recent times there has been an incisive anti-corruption political discourse, which is not supported in practice. This fact is observed mainly through the non-creation and consequent implementation of concrete measures aimed at weakening/reducing the phenomenon of corruption.
